Doesn't look bad to me. Word will replace standard quotation marks with some special character for the starting and ending quotation mark. Those funny characters cannot be copied directly apparently. I think they might not fit the character set you are using for your website.
To solve this, I think you'll have to replace the quotes with regular quotes after pasting or disable Word's option to replace regular quotes with the special ones (I think it under the autocorrection features, but I'm not that big of a Word user).
